Beef Steak Flank

The beef steak flank comes from the flank cut of beef taken from the lower chest area. The beef steak flank is a fairly tough cut of meat due to its high level of lean beef and low-fat content. Its muscle versatility also makes it a full-flavored steak of beef. 
Because of its lean meat and low fat, it’s best to cook the beef steak flank no more than medium. For the best grilling results, we recommend marinating the beef steak flank in a simple blend of soy sauce, olive oil, some brown sugar, and lime or lemon juice for an hour.
