Mutton Soup Bones

Animal carcasses are packed with connective tissue, fatty acids, zinc, iron, and vitamins. It would be such a waste to throw away something so valuable.

It is for this very reason that Meat to Door sells them as soup bones. Contrary to their name, however, they can be used to prepare anything requiring bone broth, be it a soup or some kind of stew.

In any case, as long as the broth has trace amounts of bone nutrients, it will improve bone health and may even fight inflammation and gut issues.

Vinegar would probably be best to extract the most out of our bones. You could also enhance the broth's flavor by adding a bunch of fragrant herbs—thyme, sage, star anise—and draining the liquid for further cooking.

Go ahead and add some organic definition to your hot liquids with mutton soup bones.
